Mr. Conti is the fourth generation to lead the family business and is experienced in all of the different facets of the construction/engineering services industry, from homeland security, to heavy/civil infrastructure, power and industrial, and environmental remediation projects. As CEO, he drives the Conti organization to meet the goals of the corporation and is focused on the overall direction of the companies. Since assuming leadership of the business in 1990, Mr. Conti has built a dynamic management team and developed a very successful group of businesses, which employ the latest in technology and management tools to achieve outstanding results for their customers. Under his leadership, Mr. Conti has taken the Conti Group from $10 million in annual revenue to $350 million.
Mr. Conti holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He also is a graduate of Harvard Business Schools Owners/Managers Program.
Mr. Bucknam brings with him over 20 years experience in business development, corporate development, M&A and strategy in both start-up and Fortune 500 environments. Prior to joining SunDurance Energy, Mr. Bucknam served for ten years with Plug Power Inc. most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Bucknam also spent ten years with Ryder System, Inc. in a variety of management roles including finance and strategy.
Mr. Bucknam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Middlebury College, and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvanias Wharton School.
Mr. Kenny has more than 15 years in private and public accounting, auditing and financial management. In 2003, he joined The Conti Group, where he has held a number of positions, including director of Finance of Conti Environment & Infrastructure and, most recently, as CFO of Alternity Wind Power.
Prior to joining Conti, Mr. Kenny was a manager in Dun & Bradstreets Corporate Planning Department. Before that, he served as senior accountant for Amper, Politziner & Mattia, CPAs, and as an accountant for Rutgers University. Mr. Kenny earned his BS in Accounting at Rutgers University School of Business and his MBA in Finance, at Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Martin joined The Conti Group in 2005 as Manager of Business Development. He has more than 25 years of experience in client relationship management and sales. Mr. Martin also has experience in operations management and strategy, including positions where he helped drive growth through activities such as site selection, store construction, site openings and establishing standard operating systems. He has a BS degree from The University of Wisconsin-Stout.
