Mr. Conti is the fourth generation to lead the family business and is experienced in all of the different facets of the construction/engineering services industry, from homeland security, to heavy/civil infrastructure, power and industrial, and environmental remediation projects. As CEO, he drives the Conti organization to meet the goals of the corporation and is focused on the overall direction of the companies. Since assuming leadership of the business in 1990, Mr. Conti has built a dynamic management team and developed a very successful group of businesses, which employ the latest in technology and management tools to achieve outstanding results for their customers. Under his leadership, Mr. Conti has taken the Conti Group from $10 million in annual revenue to $350 million.

Mr. Conti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He also is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owners/Managers Program.

Mr. Bucknam brings with him over 20 years’ experience in business development, corporate development, M&A and strategy in both start-up and Fortune 500 environments. Prior to joining SunDurance Energy, Mr. Bucknam served for ten years with Plug Power Inc. most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Bucknam also spent ten years with Ryder System, Inc. in a variety of management roles including finance and strategy.

Mr. Bucknam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Middlebury College, and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Mr. Daniel has more than 13 years experience in operations management, organizational design & strategic management consulting in a variety of industries. Prior to joining the Conti team, he was Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations for Blinds To Go. He also filled key roles with Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Consumer & Engineered Products practice, General Motors’ North American Competitive Manufacturing Team and Mackie Automotive’s Corporate Management team. Mr. Daniel has driven the development and implementation of Organizational Design & People Systems for The Conti Group. He served on The Conti Group’s Strategy team and had primary responsibility for growing Alternity Power over the past three years.

Mr. Daniel holds an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, and an MBA in General Management from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Price has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for identifying new emerging markets in the industry in order to position The Conti Group as a market leader and first adopter.

He attended the University of Mississippi, studying under its Marine Biology program. He went on to graduate from a variety of academic programs, such as the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Competitive Marketing Strategy at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and Business Management at Memphis State University.

Mr. Kenny has more than 15 years in private and public accounting, auditing and financial management. In 2003, he joined The Conti Group, where he has held a number of positions, including director of Finance of Conti Environment & Infrastructure and, most recently, as CFO of Alternity Wind Power.

Prior to joining Conti, Mr. Kenny was a manager in Dun & Bradstreet’s Corporate Planning Department. Before that, he served as senior accountant for Amper, Politziner & Mattia, CPAs, and as an accountant for Rutgers University. Mr. Kenny earned his BS in Accounting at Rutgers University School of Business and his MBA in Finance, at Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
